Scope of Services. Through this Site, Smart Money Move markets and arranges Financial Consulting, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Investment Planning, Wealth Management. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://smartmoneymoveil.com is the property of Smart Money Move or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. Smart Money Move may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Money Move from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by IL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in IL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
